Tracy grew up in Tiburon and set down her own family roots in Mill Valley where she has lived for 30 years. An attorney for 19 of those years, Tracy is a skilled communicator and effective negotiator. Since 2003, Tracy has used her legal skills and insider Marin knowledge to successfully represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. She has represented top professionals from companies including Twitter, Baby Center, Charles Schwab, Z Gallerie, Wells Fargo, Esurance, Brandless, Sovos Brands, CNET Networks, Sephora & Sage Educators. She manages every transaction with integrity and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in 100% client satisfaction. Tracy is a proud mother of three, an active youth sports supporter, member of the Mill Valley Outdoor Art Club and Mill Valley Tennis Club. Driven by a dedication to giving back to the community, she and her family started a foundation, Kleats for Kids,, which collects and recycles soccer equipment locally and worldwide.


Lisa Ierulli-Clark

Lisa’s real estate practice is built on exceptional local market knowledge as a seasoned agent and Marin resident for over 30 years. Fueled by an unwavering positive outlook, negotiating savvy and attention to all the details, Lisa collaborates with her clients and shares her extensive experience in remodeling homes as well as her list of resources in home construction, design, maintenance and financing. As the mother of two sons, community engagement has always been a priority. She was an early Co-chair of the Southern Marin Mothers Group, and held numerous volunteer positions for school auctions, performing arts and athletic teams. Lisa remains a strong advocate for community involvement and continues to participate as a volunteer with Marin non-profit organizations serving under-priviledged youth, as a Volunteer Commission member with Tamalpais Community Service District and a member with FireWise Tam Valley. When not focused on Marin real estate, you can find her attending to her fruit orchard, baking decadent desserts or hiking the trails of Mt. Tamalpais.
